Resolving My Food Cravings – A Personal Reflection

I used to suffer food cravings, too. After a day full of serving patients and my family, I used to finally sit down (well after the sun had gone down) and enjoy a morsel of dark chocolate. Often times, it was well beyond a morsel!

It was like a negative spiral as then I’d have trouble sleeping or be up a time or two to urinate in the night which did not help my feeling of being rested the next day. I was stuck in a loop of need without emotional fulfillment.

The bottom line was that the more I needed the chocolate, the less I felt rested. I was living to eat, not eating to live.

The Cancer state of mind actually craves chocolate. In fact, stay out of their way when they’re en route to their fix, as they’ll slay dragons bare handed to get it. Sound familiar?

The Cancer state of mind is one where you rescue others to the exclusion of self, are living the unlived life, and are feeling resigned that this is your fate from here on in. That was my story too. The chocolate gave me a tiny illusion, just for the moment that this wasn’t true.

It seemed like much more energy to resolve my plight outright than I had. I knew more fats would help, I also knew more tender acts of self-love and fulfillment were also key. But where to start?

That is when I took a dose of Carcinosin and Chocolatum and made a list of what I needed more of in my life. I went after “the feeling.”  If I was going to do this thing called life, long-term, how would I imagine a better state of grace for myself?

Well the answer to this has spanned many blogs, a couple of books, and a  decade. Give us a call as we’re happy to share the answers we found with you, verbally, based on your own struggles. It’s what we do for our patients, but not to the exclusion of having solved it for ourselves first. Are you ready?

How Mineral Deficiency Causes Infertility

If you’re deficient in minerals, your body will start to turn off its fertility functions. Why would it do this? It’s because your body operates more like a kingdom than a democracy. I know this idea feels offensive to our modern ears. We don’t condone political systems which play “favorites.” We wish our body would treat each organ as an equal.

Our physiology is quite primitive, in this sense. It plays favorites when in “survival” mode. You will sacrifice one organ or function to save a more noble one. The “king” and “queen” (brain and heart) are the most important players. Their protection comes at the expense of the “lesser” organs. When there isn’t enough nutrition to go around, the peasants go hungry long before the king or queen have to. There’s no “one person, one vote” philosophy here.

Let’s take a practical example of this concept. Calcium is an essential mineral for fertility. A systemic calcium deficiency will plague some organs and cells more than others. Your body will “sacrifice” its calcium levels in one place to pump them up elsewhere. Calcium fuels the sperm’s whip-cracking snap of its tail to thrust it towards the egg. Calcium in your reproductive tract is one of the first sources that gets raided. The meeting of the sperm and egg is thus postponed.

Here’s nature’s bottom line : it’s not prudent to give a baby to a couple with nutritional deficiencies. If it’s already a stretch to feed two mouths, then don’t add a third. Your body treats such deficiencies as a temporary “state of emergency”. Reproduction gets put on hold for the time being. Pure survival overtakes the “luxury” of reproduction. The body must choose between the lesser of two evils. When it comes to survival, “fear” wins out over “love”. It tries to conserve what it has instead over creating something new. Fertility is one of the first things to go, in such a state. With the deficiencies in our modern food chain, can you see why fertility is becoming epidemic?

You want to keep your fertility physiology focused on the love/expansion side. This is the opposite of survival. Love and expansion begin with proper nutrition. It activates your entire reproductive system. In this sense, you can think of your pH strips as “love meters”. Self-love and self-care are the foundation of proper fertility nutrition.

In the grand scheme of healthcare, fertility issues represent a minor challenge. They’re an early warning sign to what could become more serious health challenges down the road. Consider fertility difficulties as a ‘blessing’ in this sense. It’s actually alerting you to an early stage of nutritional deficiency. The good news, is that it’s still easy to correct at this point. You correct your fertility state WHILE prevent long-term health issues. It’s a true win-win for you and the baby you’re seeking to conceive.

Daily pH readings of your urine or saliva are perfect for managing this. They’re a window into your current nutritional state. You can expect to create improvements over days or weeks. Mineral nutrition is the primary tool here. Keep nursing your pH levels back into a healthy range. Consistent daily alkaline readings is what you’re aiming for. It tells you when your mineral intake is fully aligned with your fertility goals. Your body will switch its expansive “love” functions back on at the cellular level. Fertility will follow… naturally.

Greens, Raw Milk, And Other Fertility Superfoods

We recommend “superfoods” as the primary foundation to your healthy fertility nutrition. They’re a special category of foods in nature with a very high nutrient density. And no, you don’t have to put on tights or a cape in a phone booth to consume them.

Think about the way your Mom fed you as a baby. She usually made nutrition count. You were so little then, with a teeny tummy and she would have wanted to make the best of what you took in.

Today, we’ve learned a lot more about baby’s best nutrition. Breast milk leads the way to pureed avocados, liver, egg yolks, and salmon. A baby grows on the cornerstone of healthy fats. This is no different for you as a grown-up!

Have you heard of the Ketogenic diet? This high fat, low carb approach is usually tried for weight loss. It also has a common surprise side effect of unexpected pregnancies! These weight loss folk don’t know they’re improving natural fertility with this diet.

Is this as exciting to you as it is to me? It gives extra confirmation in a place we weren’t even looking for it.

Nutrition is your first order of business for natural fertility. Synthetic multivitamins don’t come close to these powerhouses of nutrition. Besides, synthetic vitamins are expensive, with unreliable efficacy and absorption.

Also add the following to the so-called “baby foods” listed above:

    • Organic Dark leafy Greens (kale and spinach) are great for balancing your pH. They also provide much needed folate which is essential for the early growth stages of a fetus.
    • Green superfoods (spirulina, chlorella) are amazing. They have a high nutrient density. They help balance your pH. They even promote detox and cleansing in your liver. Nothing like spring cleaning your home before company arrives.
    • Raw, unpasteurized dairy is one of nature’s most perfect foods. It digests very well, even for people who have sensitivities. It provides healthy proteins and minerals to your body. Avoid pasteurized milk. It is hard to break down and assimilate due to the enzyme-destroying heat it undergoes.
    • Natural, free-range, organic eggs are a great source of fats and sulfur needed for sperm and egg health.
    • Seaweed is a great superfood given that it contains iodine. This helps the thyroid orchestrate all fertility-related hormones.

Superfoods are the poster children for “whole foods”. They contain the full nutritional complexity of nature. Our bodies know how to relate to these. Isolated, single nutritional factors are confusing to your body. This is why vitamin supplements often have unreliable absorption rates. The artificial complexity of a multivitamin doesn’t fool your body. It knows the difference. This is why Superfoods work so well in your fertility plan.

The Soil Health-Fertility Health Connection

How nutrient-dense is your diet? That depends on how your food was grown in the first place. Conventional agriculture and food production follows a fast downward spiral into empty calories. Farmers in the U.S. and Canada grow a lot of corn and soybeans. These are the fillers for most processed foods. Such “monoculture” creates extreme mineral deficiencies in the soil. Traditional methods of crop rotation did not do this.

Monoculture farming creates a vicious cycle of less and less healthy food. Every given crop has a certain mineral “fingerprint.” It draws on certain minerals from the soil out of proportion to the others. In effect, it strips the soil of what it needs most. This starves future generations of this crop of what they most need. The crop becomes weaker and less healthy over time. Weeds and pests start winning the war.

What’s conventional farming’s answer? Spray more pesticides and herbicides. The problem is that the crop is still weak. And now we, the end consumer, ingest all these toxins. We get less nutrition with  more toxicity. Alarm bells should start to ring when you see the large health price you’re paying for “cheap” food. We’ve failed to let nature’s pests do their job. That is, to alert us to weak, low-nutrition food.

How does this play out in practical terms? It takes a lot more food now to get the same nutritional value. You’d need 200 loaves of bread to match the nutrition of a single loaf at the turn of the last century. Likewise, you’d need 45 bowls of today’s spinach to be on par with one single bowl from yesteryear.

This same vicious cycle repeats itself in our inner ecology. Less nutrition means a weaker immune system. We use supplements and “fortified” foods to prop up our nutritional deficiencies. Like the weak crops, you may become susceptible to every bug going around the office. This is one of the reasons we find more and more people on regular rounds of antibiotics.

Traditional, organic methods of growing and crop rotation do the opposite. They actually “rejuvenate” the soil. The crops are in robust health as they draw on mineral-rich soil. Start with organic, nutrient-dense foods. This is how to build up your health from the inside out.

Build up your immune system to do what it does best. Drop synthetic supplements and ‘fortified’ food’. “Let food be thy medicine” is timeless advice. A foundation of solid nutrition cuts the need for antibiotics. Also note that you’ll find antibiotics in regular, non-organic milk.

As always in health, deal with the root issue rather than the symptoms. Supplements and ‘fortified’ foods are not dealing with the root. Don’t let “more expensive” organic food be a deterrent – it takes you a much greater nutritional distance. See the truth about “inexpensive” food, and keep it out of your fertility plan.

Solé Brine – Nature’s Perfect Mineral Supplement For Fertility

Mineral deficiency is rampant. Filling your plate with lots of fruits and vegetables isn’t enough these days. It takes a concerted effort to make sure you’re getting all your necessary minerals. Think of your bones as the superstructure of a building. Picture your tissues, organs, and skin all draped over it. Your job is to make sure that this building can stand for a good 100 years or so.

Most modern drinking water is depleted of minerals. We no longer gather our water from brooks or streams that have picked up minerals on the way to the glass.

Modern agriculture isn’t doing a good job with minerals, either. That’s because crops aren’t rotated, and farmland is under a chemical assault.

Ross Bishop states, “A 1999 study … found that three decades of the overuse of nitrogen in farming has destroyed the soil’s fertility, causing it to age the equivalent of 5,000 years in 30 … For the amount of manganese you used to get in 10 green beans you would have to eat 300. You have to eat 11 bowls of spinach to receive the same amount of copper that you used to get in one bowl. To receive the same amount of iron in one tomato prior to 1945, you would have to eat 1,938 tomatoes today.

Carrots used to have 10,000 IU of beta-carotene, now they have less that 70. Wheat used to be 40% protein, whereas now it is less than 10%. It goes on. . .”

Even our bread is no longer stone-ground. We used to get minerals baked right into the whole grain goodness.

What does all this have to do with fertility?

Your fertility functions are “turned on” by vitamin and mineral signals. They’re the “green light” that tells nature there’s enough nutrition to support a new mouth to feed.

Synthetic mineral supplements are typically very poorly assimilated. We have a much better suggestion for you.

Use solé brine every morning. It contains 84 minerals and trace elements. It’s a whole superfood derived from a pristine, unpolluted place on earth.

solé (“So-lay”) is a supersaturated solution in water of Himalayan crystal salt. It’s liquid sunlight captured in a Mason Jar! “Sol” is the Latin word for “sun”.

solé brine will help to balance your pH.

A minerally-satisfied body doesn’t have food cravings.

It helps to cleanse tissues, muscles, organs and skin congestion. This leaves more resources available for procreation.

solé brine is easy to make at home. We make ours in a small to medium Mason jar. We use a plastic lid because a metal one would rust over time. Place 3-4 rock chunks in the jar, and cover with pure spring water or  filtered well water. Request them from your local health food store, if they don’t already stock them. Tap water with chlorine or fluoride is not recommended here, or at any time.

The goal is to create a supersaturated solution. You’ll know it is, if some amount of the salt chunk is still visible after 24 hours. This means that the water molecules are completely full of minerals. Your brine is now ready.

Take a dose of your brine every morning. Start on the low end, and work up. Your first dose can be one single drop dissolved in a glass of water. Drink this at least 15 minutes before breakfast. Increase your dose until you’re taking a full tablespoon in your water.

You can continue to top up the Mason jar with water as the level goes down. Keep an eye on the saturation – add more rocks as the visible salt chunks start to disappear over time. You’re literally “drinking” these rocks in slow motion.

Feeling ‘Full’ Versus ‘Satisfied’ – What’s The Difference?

Habitual overeating is an assault on your state of fertility. Digestion taxes your system, and diverts needed resources away from reproductive functions. Your cellular pH levels suffer. Your “fertility hormone orchestra” gets thrown out of tune. It brings your immunity to its knees. You get turned into a digesting, detoxing machine. It leaves little to no room for your baby-making function.

How can you tell the difference between eating ‘enough’ and ‘too much’?

Eating so much that you feel “stuffed” sits on the “too much” end of the spectrum. You know your health would be in trouble if you ate every day the way you do at Thanksgiving dinner.

Where’s the “sweet spot” closer to the middle of this spectrum?

Can you recognize the difference between feeling ‘full’ versus ‘satisfied’?

‘Fullness’ is a mechanical sensation, where ‘satisfaction’ is qualitative. I’m sure that you’ve experienced this difference for yourself. Think of any meal you’ve grabbed ‘on the run’ to make sure your stomach wasn’t empty. Now compare this to the deep pleasure you’ve had with meals shared with close friends or family. So much talking and laughter filled you up while the food on your plate lingered.

This is the main reason you should banish ’empty calorie’ foods. The only thing they can do is to make you feel ‘full’. In fact, empty calories can only drive you to “fill ‘er up”. That’s because they provide no ‘satisfaction’ at all. Only nutrient-dense food can trigger your ‘satisfaction’ response.

The more you base your nutrition on ‘satisfaction’, the better your health will be. It’s the zone where your body’s intuitive wisdom shines. Satisfaction guides you to true nourishment. Satisfaction will guide you even better than any nutrition book is able.

Noticing the flavor of your food will connect you to the quality of satisfaction. The first bite delivers a burst of flavor. Then it starts to diminish with every bite. This is actually your body’s way of showing you when your nutritional needs are satisfied. Stay alert at this point. You’ll soon be crossing the threshold from satisfaction to fullness. The key is to teach yourself to notice this subtle feedback mechanism.

To get started, follow these healthy rules of thumb:

  • Begin by drinking a glass of water 10-15 minutes before eating. This is the first step of a healthy digestive function. It sets your body up for ease of digestion and optimal assimilation. It also removes your body’s craving to “fill up” on food when it actually needs hydration.
  • Set the stage for deep engagement with your food. Light a candle; put on some music; set out a beautiful placement, napkin, and cutlery. Even place an elegant wine glass on the table (but forgo the wine for now).
  • Prepare your food as if you are your own celebrated guest.
  • Focus on the sensory aspect of eating. Engage all your senses. Stay in touch with the quality of the flavor in each bite. Follow the sensation from your taste buds spreading throughout your body. Stay attuned to when you cross the threshold from ‘satisfied’ to the beginning of ‘fullness’.
  • Taper the speed at which you eat, remembering that your stomach is only as big as your fist.
  • ‘Wake up’ your senses within this eating experience. Enjoy your surroundings, including conversation or music. Turn OFF the TV, which has the opposite effect of our goal here.
  • Put down your fork between bites, and notice your breathing. Notice how you’re feeling. Are you taking that next bite out of genuine hunger, or mere habit? Are you relating to  your food out of love, or lust? Are you eating what should be tomorrow’s leftovers?

What do you notice as you cultivate this relationship to ‘satisfaction’?

Were you trained as a child to “finish your plate” (mechanical fullness)? Then this will overshadow your sensation of satisfaction at first. Know that you are undoing a deep habit ingrained at the cellular level. Keep watch for any tendencies to “emotional eating”. Those impulses go in the opposite direction of satisfaction-based eating.

Consider this goal of satisfaction-based eating as part of your fertility plan. It is the cornerstone to activating your body’s ability to self-regulatey. Your body’s innate wisdom is superior to anything that your intellect can create. The less you need to ‘micromanage’ your hormones, the better. Leave that to the expert (i.e. your body).

Dichotomies and Skewed Morality

When children who have HIV, Hep B, or Tuberculosis can attend school without disclosing their diseases because they are protected by the constitution, but healthy, vaccine-free children cannot attend school with no disease because they aren’t vaccinated.
When kids in school taking cabinets full of pharmaceuticals is normal, but healthy, vaccine free/disease free/medication free children cannot come to school.
When it’s ok for a child to take Prozac but not drink a Kombucha with his lunch.
When all the vaccinated kids have chicken pox, but none of the non-vaccinated children are sick, but they get sent home.
When they keep mandating more and more vaccines and outbreaks increase, and yet it’s still the non vaccinateds’ fault.
When you hear people argue for women’s rights, unless those rights include choosing proper Health care for her children.
When it’s cool to March against Monsanto because glyphosate is a carcinogen, but it’s perfectly ok that it is in vaccines.
When vegans won’t eat meat cause it’s cruel, but it’s all good that vaccines contain animal DNA.
When Christianity won’t support abortion, but justify aborted fetal cells in vaccines.
When it’s considered poison anywhere else on the planet unless it’s in a vaccine.
When people actually believe their vaccine won’t work unless 98% of other people also get their vaccine.
When nothing makes sense at all, you know you are living in a completely brainwashed, corporate run society.

Rockin’ The Cornerstones of Health; How I Let Go of New Year’s Resolutions

January 2017 Newsletter

I’m not really one for New Year’s resolutions. I don’t even start new protocols on a Monday after I realized years ago that I was setting myself up for failure if starting something new with a bang. My resonance organs dictate a mindfulness in motion that begs me to be accountable to myself each and every day; self-love is a continually evolving gesture of self-honour and self-care.

After sitting for three days a week in clinic I typically feel compelled to go on a mini-pilgrimage, usually this takes form as a good 10-12 km romp into the town or hills where I live… and my step counter will show about 17,000 steps by the end of the day. Jeff and I generally enjoy the same jaunt together on the weekend. During the week, I tend to engage in an hour of something each day; I love swimming, hiking the cobbled streets where we live, taking photographs, and enjoying an hour of yoga twice a week to ensure I’m maintaining upper body strength.

capture

I do not love plank poses, although I do love the way they make me feel when I’m regularly engaged with my practice. A thirty minute daily meditation also is part of my regular regimen. You may ask how I find the time… well, it has taken me twenty years to unhook from a life of obligation and now my health soars, with few supplements, by allowing my spirit to be free of living totally out of obligation. A decade ago, my goal was to craft a life that I no longer felt I needed a vacation from, and this goal has most definitely been achieved!

sunlight

I will take Vitamin D3 in the winter months only if I’m getting insufficient sunlight, although for the last two years we’ve lived in Mexico in winter, so I don’t bother much with this anymore. If I notice any thyroid challenges, I’ll take kelp and nascent iodine to help on those occasions. I also take zinc periodically, as well as some greens powder (spirulina/chlorella). I drink 2-3 litres of spring water a day which helps to keep me feeling clear, calm, and restored. I’ve always been a very thirsty constitutional type and so drinking a lot, especially in the mornings, really helps to set me right for the remainder of the day.

Mostly I eat quite scantily, fasting a couple days a week for most of the day; as I get into my more “senior” years I find that this approach helps keep my mind and body running optimally. At this high altitude of seven thousand feet above sea level, I sleep hard and soundly given the lower oxygen levels, and seven to eight hours a night without waking is beyond restorative to me. The less I eat, the better I sleep!

Being happy and in love with my partner and my life help a lot. We enjoy great recreation such as attending the orchestra, travelling with friends to a spa or organic farm in the country, or just lying around and reading. Having tea and discussing art, photography, principles or the concepts of Heilkunst enthuse me no end and it’s great that I get to do this with Jeff. I’m also adored, nurtured and well loved on, and kissed thoroughly with intent every day. I wish every human being benefitted from this much loving and fulfillment.

jeff-and-ally

Lastly, I’m rocking what I’m ordained to be. I used to wake with whole poems in my head as a child. I’ve always loved to write and it is a big part of who I am and the vehicle I use to serve others by crafting books in natural medicine and Heilkunst. I’ve also always been profoundly intuitive and so I use these skills to diagnose my patient’s deeper issues, and then use my knowledge and compassion to help them get to where they’d like to go with regard to the resolution of their chronic ills.

Jeff and I both love hearing your monthly impressions as you work through the tangle of your challenges and wins each month. It is a living model of rejuvenation similar to a fever event, when your child speaks for the first time as they shed the Autism diagnosis.  You might now be able to imagine what it means when a patient tells us that she has found the love of her life as a result of going through this system of medicine, and that she no longer suffers chronic fatigue because she also let go of that gnarly day job where her creativity was suppressed.

It is our resolution to be healthy enough to continue to support you in the ways that you expect, exacting the healing and curing principles of Heilkunst Medicine to the very best of our abilities.  We love serving you and it means so much to us that you keep coming back monthly and also refer your friends and family.  Our hearts are filled with purpose and meaning because of you.

The Band-Aid On The Elephant’s Ass Of My Life

It’s actually funny if you think about it, in the 50s and 60s we were given the image that so much of our lives would become automated that we’d all be sitting around reading magazines and nibbling on bonbons. Well, this couldn’t be further from the truth.

Given that the patriarchal powers-that-be rigged a bra burning movement, and then a debt-based economy, we’ve now got both men and women stressed to the teeth. I recall also living this way, serving the corporate machine, afraid one day that we’d both miss picking up our son on time from daycare.

It was a five day rat race and then the weekends were dedicated to cleaning a home that we barely lived in during the week, that we were mortgaged to the hilt for for the next 25 years. It was so demoralizing.

I blew my adrenals, suffered chronic fatigue, was in bed for several days every month barely able to cope on so many levels. If you got in the way of my chocolate habit, after the kids were in bed, I can’t say I’d treat you with any remotely ethical grace.

I was exhausted and it’s true that I hated my life. I felt broken physically, mentally, and emotionally by the up hill struggle of trying to slap band-aids on the elephant’s ass that I called my life. I never had the feeling that I could take anytime to do anything well.  I didn’t even know what self-care meant!

After trying to solve my son’s autism spectrum issues, I had a complete, well orchestrated, nervous break-down. I quit my ridiculously high paying consulting job and came home to write poetry for several months. My husband just about lost his elephant sized #$%^ over that escapade. I told him that I was between contracts.

I modified the whole kitchen to knock out the carbs., grains, and refined sugars. Anything white and non-organic went into the garbage. I had just started Heilkunst treatment and within those first few months, my inner value began creeping up a couple of nefarious notches.

images

I started following Dr. Abravanel’s lifetime nutrition plan to help solve my glandular stress and heal my hormonal expressions that turned my Ms. Hyde into the worse Dr. Jekyll before my menses every month. It was quite the over-haul for which I’ve never gone back to my wicked ways. That was over 18 years ago now.

As a result, for this month’s newsletter, we’re going to focus our blog posts on both hormonal and glandular typology. Our hope is that if you’re as stressed out as I once was that it will be the pieces to help you get on the road to recovery.

This afternoon, after writing all morning, I rolled over on my towel at the beach while the Caribbean Sea ebbed its lacy tide at the shore near my feet. I can’t believe that Heilkunst was so instrumental in taking me from what felt like hell on earth to now what feels like heaven. I now feel so very blessed.

Our Warmest,

Ally and Jeff

How to Mitigate Those Big Healing Reactions

imgres-1 A few patients have said to me, “You know, Ally, I was a little freaked out to start my own Heilkunst Treatment due to the massive healing reactions you illustrated in your book, “The Path To Cure“. How can we prevent these from happening to me?” The following is illustrative of how we’ve “come a long way Baby!”

When Jordan and I were first treated using Heilkunst principles back in the late 1990s, the principles of Regimen were not wholly nailed down yet. So much can be done by ensuring that your nutritional groundwork is sound, and that you’re supplementing appropriately to support your physical body (“ground substance”).

We also ensure that your system is able to detoxify more easily through principled medicine using certain foods, chelation protocols and homeopathic remedies not wholly understood back then for inviting channels in the body to open. This knowledge now allows for the process of letting go the material/emotional content more easily from the body.

The other thing is that we use Flower Essences (the Bach remedies being one better known example of them) in order to lovingly support the system using a more feminine gesture of care and love to “change your mind” gently. This enables us to alleviate you of your disease load while also gently supporting your system with healative flower essences.

We’ve also completed postgraduate research in advanced Heilkunst therapeutics including medical orgone therapeutics, Character Analysis, cognitive therapies, and Anthroposophical Medicine which enables us to help you to release the buried content at your emotional and spiritual core more easily. These studies were not available when we were going through our own Heilkunst Treatment.

The last element that we bring is almost 10 years of CoRe Bioresonance Feedback, enabling us to do a review of the phenomenon around the healing reaction and we’re able to broadcast both pathic and tonic remedies (ie remedies to relieve symptoms and remedies to address root causes of disease) immediately to the patient suffering a challenging healing reaction. We can even discern which books, movies, essential oils, Reckeweg, Anthroposophical, Lanthanide remedies, etc. would help you through this challenging time of flux and healing.

imgres

No need to suffer as I did, for as long as I did! Also, EQ constitutions like mine … well, we’re a bit like Drama Queens (with a capital “D” and a capital “Q”!). A Silicea constitution would never think to have healing reactions as juicy as mine! We’ve got lots of tools, now, to help pull you out of a tailspin.

Here are a couple of blog posts further explaining the reason why some healing reactions are so large, and some alternative dose and potency methods for delivering the remedies:
