Lowering Cholesterol can actually be harmful to your health! The New England Journal of Medicine has actually corrected the myth that dietary intake of fat does not cause heart disease, but that sugar is a much more significant factor in the cause of dangerous heart and arterial inflammation. Cholesterol is actually an important molecule released by the liver in order to allow life to exist. It is the healative agent in cellular inflammation. Lowering cholesterol with statin drugs can actually cause more harm than good, and even provoke inflammation in the body instead as the cells feel unaided by the fatty, corrective bath. There is actually no good or bad cholesterol. LDL and HDL are vehicles that transport fats, repair cells, regulate hormones, and metabolize vitamin D3. Cholesterol doesn’t oxidize in water, or in the blood, and it has never been proven scientifically to cause inflammation. Actually, sugar drives the supposedly good HDL cholesterol down and is considered more harmful if the pre-diabetic state becomes glycated forming inflammation of the heart muscle.

Lipitor, Crestor and Zocar are chemical drugs touted by Big Pharma to lower your Cholesterol. Most Doctors are instructed by the Big Pharma companies to get a person’s cholesterol down to “70.” This is in fact, unnaturally low and can cause more damage to the cardiovascular system than good. Also, Dr. Mark Hyman proposes that these drugs are aimed at the wrong enemy, as dementia (sycosis), cancer and diabetes are actually the bigger causes for heart disease. When he accessed the study in the New England Journal it was found that, “The study found a 39.8 percent reduction in LDL (or bad cholesterol) and a 138 percent increase in HDL (or good cholesterol). Sure, the medications lowered cholesterol. However, the study was not large enough or long enough to answer the most important question: Did the drug results in fewer heart attacks and deaths. Despite this glaring omission, the scientists reporting on these results used words such as “spectacular”, “giddy”, “enormous”, “most excited in decades” to describe their enthusiasm over the medication. Of course, the researchers (as I described in a recent post “Dangerous Spin Doctors”) were on the payroll of Merck who funded the study.”

It would seem that the scientists, themselves, suffer some dementia or short-term memory loss, as in 2007, just three years ago, a new wonder drug from Pfizer called Torcetrapib, working on the same mechanism as the newer Merck drug, Anacetrapib does. In fact, it follows precisely the same action as the other. It had been confirmed that LDL was dramatically lowered, while HDL cholesterol was raised, just like the new drugs from Merck. The concurrent problem was that deaths from heart attacks increased 25 percent and deaths from heart disease in general, increased a whopping 40 percent. Overall deaths increased to an abominable 200 percent. After spending over $800 million in the development of these drugs, Pfizer had to walk away due to the results where they caused more harm by heart disease and deaths than those that were saved. Why is Merck being permitted by the FDA to proceed on the basis of the same already tried and harmful findings?

Also, Dr. Ron Rosedale touts similarly, “Common sense would indicate that we should avoid the oxidation (rancidity) of cholesterol and fatty acids and not get rid of important life-giving molecules. Using the same conventional medical thinking that is being used for cholesterol would lead one to believe that doctors should reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease by taking out everybody’s brain. In fact, cholesterol is being transported to tissues as part of an inflammatory response that is there to repair damage.” We are then just shooting the messenger as opposed to treating the underlying cause. It is actually the sugar and refined carbohydrates that cause the rancidity, inflaming arteries, the heart muscle and raising insulin. The cholesterol is actually released from the liver in an effort to repair the damage caused by the inflammation. If we lower it, unnecessarily with drugs, we in fact leave the cells unprotected and rendered impotent to resolve their plight.

Dr. Rosedale goes on to illuminate unequivocally, “The fixation on cholesterol as a major cause of heart disease defies the last 15 years of science and deflects from real causes such as the damage (via glycation) that sugars such as glucose and fructose inflict on tissues, including the lining of arteries, causing chronic inflammation and resultant plaque.” Ah, so now that we now the true culprit, it is up to Physicians to stop deluding the public and breaching the Hippocratic Oath by perpetuating harm.

We know that drugs do not treat the root cause of disease, ever. They are not prescribed on the basis of natural law and are unfortunately only suppressive or palliative at best. They can give the illusion that the symptoms are gone, but the root cause prevails and will generally find other ways of manifesting. The root cause of heart disease is dynamic and is due to a dissonant diet high in sugars (unable to extract the sweetness from life), unreconciled stress, a lack of a true love relationship with the self or others, and the influence of a dastardly genetic miasm or two. A satiric editorial in the New England Journal of Medicine, many years ago, suggested that Doctors should prescribe new drugs vehemently early on before the side effects are brought to light. Use of the new Anacetrapib seems to be following this harmful diatribe.

The Empiricists are amazing, as it has been suggested that statin drugs be placed at the cash counters of MacDonald’s. This is the epitome of faulty reductionist thinking. I served a patient a couple of years ago who insisted on remaining on the drug as insurance, even though after Heilkunst treatment, he’d arrived at the desired state of homeostasis. His LDL and HDL levels were perfectly normal and stabilized. Although he suffered odd symptoms, including heart palpitations, loss of sexual potency, a loss of muscle mass while still actively playing hockey and sudden drops in blood pressure, he was reluctant to go off the medications prescribed by his Doctor, even though the literature from other studies like these illumined that the drugs were the cause of the harmful phenomenon at play.

Abnormal cholesterol levels are just an indicator of a dynamic spiral downward that is mostly resultant of “diabesity,” a term coined by Dr. Hyman. It is the continuum of insulin and blood sugar issues indicative of pre-diabetes and end stage diabetes. Taking a CETP inhibitor or a statin drug can not effect this downturn. A diet high in sugars and refined flours, low fibre, a sedentary lifestyle, excessive stress, lack of rest, love-less relationships, or the harmful effects of chemical or emotional pollution are the regimenal factors to be addressed first.

When looking at the blood in a patient’s live blood analysis, instead of just looking at cholesterol numbers, we will look for undue contraction or inflammation of HDL or LDL particles. If they appear small and dense, we know that they are more atherogenic (more likely to show up as plaque in the arteries that leads to heart attacks), while large, fluffy, more buoyant cholesterol particles are desired. Small particles are more indicative of pre-diabetes (or metabolic syndrome) and diabetes which are indicative of insulin resistance. It is the sugar that is the enemy. In fact, in an article I read years ago, it was said that the FDA would not approve the use of refined “sugar” in our diets. On top of that, recent research actually reveals that statins may be a cause of diabetes which can be the precursor to this much bigger problem of heart disease.

This metabolic syndrome just described is rarely diagnosed by Allopathic Physicians, although it affects over half of the population. We are finding that refined sugar may be the major cause for heart disease, diabetes, aging, dementia, cancer, infertility and sexual dysfunction as per Dr. Hyman. Yet, it is most ignored by Doctors. You may ask yourself why? And the answer is both tragic and simple; there are no drugs qualified to treat it effectively. If they can’t target it with drugs, it just doesn’t exist in the Big Pharma matrix. This is why statin drugs remain so popular in North America, despite the vast research against them. It is a grand lie, that we remain prey to.

Dr. Mercola has personally suffered from the myths of lowering your cholesterol illustrated in a article he wrote back in 2008, attributing his premature hair loss to lowering his cholesterol. He cites, “I have significant personal experience with low cholesterol. I bought into the low-fat myth in the ‘70s and ‘80s, and with my diet and long-distance running actually got my cholesterol level down to 75 without taking any drugs. At the time it seemed to be a good thing — but now I know it was a prescription for disaster and was likely one of the major reasons I lost my hair. The fact that your body naturally makes cholesterol, and uses it for producing cell membranes, hormones, vitamin D, and the bile acids that help you digest fats, among many other things, is a major clue that cholesterol is necessary and beneficial for your health.”

Mercola goes on to say that, “One of the most important things I advise people looking to lower their cholesterol to do is to reduce, or eliminate, refined sugars and grains from their diet. What do sugar and grain have to do with cholesterol and your heart? Eating too much sugar and refined grains is the primary cause of high triglycerides, and restricting sugar and grains seems to normalize triglyceride levels in most everyone who tries it.”

Triglycerides, are very much like cholesterol, belonging to the lipid family. They, too, are not soluble in water. They’re also a major source of energy for your body, and are either obtained from your diet or produced in your liver. However, when your body has more triglycerides than it can use, the excess spillage ends up being transported to be stored as fat cells (rather than being used by your body for energy). If your triglyceride levels remain elevated it can lead to atherosclerosis and heart damage. In other words, high triglycerides are an incredibly potent risk factor for inflammation and heart disease. In combination, high triglycerides and low HDL levels create an even bigger risk; this ratio is even more important to your heart health than the standard good vs. bad cholesterol ratio.

Dr. Mercola refers to one study, that in fact, found that people with the highest ratio of triglycerides to HDL had 16 times the risk of heart attack as those with the lowest ratio of triglycerides to HDL! That is astonishing. So while you strive to keep your HDL cholesterol levels up, you’ll want to decrease your triglycerides. How? You can increase your HDL levels by exercising and getting plenty of omega-3 fats like those from krill oil. Triglycerides are easily decreased by exercising and avoiding grains and sugars in your diet. We can help you with this.

Your body actually requires cholesterol to survive, and it needs to be trusted for producing it. It is best not to tell folks that cholesterol is bad and must be lowered, as this can be harmful for your health. Even for years after Mercola touted the ill effects of lowering cholesterol, among others, Doctors still test for cholesterol levels and prescribe for them with harmful and unproven statin drugs. Did you you know that if your cholesterol dips too low that you are increasing your risk for:

Stroke

Depression

Violent behavior

and even Suicide

Healthy oils, as per Rudolf Steiner, are the vehicle for the incarnation of the self, healthy metabolism and stellar immune functioning and we strongly recommend olive oil, flax, almond, walnut and coconut oils regularly in the diet. In addition to reducing refined sugars and carbohydrates, regular exercise that respects your blood type is stellar for health and longevity. We can also provide Drainage and Organ Support that includes “Cholesterol” and “Saccarin” homeopathically in a low potency to combat the ill effects of a dissonant diet. Also, being in love with your own creative genius and in turn, in love with others, reduces stress and anger wrought from the un-lived life or from rescuing others to the exclusion of the self. A person’s past emotional and physical traumas and perpetuating karmic patterns can cultivate “diabesity” and the metabolic spiral downturn that Allopathic Doctors don’t diagnose. We’ve wholly got you covered through principled Heilkunst regimen, medicine and psychotherapeutics, enabling you to get on with your life.

The healthy sense of your Self will always seek pleasure. As a child I recall whipping through supper, so that I could get back out onto my bike. I had a date to meet the boys, naturally, and we were to rendez-vous at the tree fort we were building in the forest. I had grabbed the nails and hammer from my Dad’s workbench and I had 3 chocolate chip cookies shoved into my jacket pocket to share. We had to get this thing built for … well, who really knows why we had to get it built. We were 8, and it was enough to munch on cookies and tell ghost stories before having to be back home by the time the street lights went on. When we were 10, the tree fort wasn’t being used for stories so much, but a haven away from our parents so we could engage in games of Truth or Dare or Spin the Bottle. Later on, in our teens, we needed to install some carpet as the days of cookies and ghost stories were long gone and our games were done more in a “prone” position. These days of pure ease, pleasure and exploration were delightful.

As I grew older, my life began to look more and more like the depiction by Queen and David Bowie of what it means to live “Under Pressure” in the 21st century. I often felt hurried and often frantic as I rushed my babe’s nursing to get her to the caregiver with her older brother, so I could rush to my meaningless Government job, with a streak of baby puke down the back of my suit. If you knew me, you might have wondered why I “sighed” all the time. It was my pathetic attempt to discharge some of the pressure. I was hyper-tense!

My father suffered “high blood pressure” and symptoms of hypertension and eventually succumbed to a heart attack at age 43 while he was away on vacation in the Caribbean. I asked him once, “why is your blood under more pressure than Mr. MacDonald’s?” He didn’t know the answer. He did take up meditation, though, to try to avoid taking medication which he would do first thing in the morning … right after smoking his morning cigarette. My Dad was the type of fellow who really didn’t gravitate to new ideas easily and would never allow himself to be connected to his feelings. His “heart” had been broken when my Mom committed suicide and it really felt that his heart wasn’t into very much after she died. He greeted his own mother with a handshake during their annual visit! Thankfully, he was able to hug my sister and I, but I never saw him cry after my Mom died or for any other reason for that matter.

My Dad was successfully armored. His beliefs about demonstrations of affections were very limiting and he and I had quite a difficult relationship due to the fact that I lived through my emotions, loved the boys, and had not an ounce of a qualm when it came to being demonstrative or affectionate. If I was in love then the whole world knew it, and if I was in “hate,” the world knew that too. He just couldn’t handle this “inconsistent” realm of the emotive or the emoter! It made no intellectual sense to him. I felt misunderstood and limited by him my whole life. It was sad, but I understand now, very intimately, how “armoring” prevents the flow of blood in an organism designed to ebb and tide through a venous system that demands that our organism be labile and flexible enough to allow for whatever comes up to the fore. We need to be able both to expand with our pleasures and contract with our challenges. A state of constant contraction will build under the “hardening of the attitudes” into a vacuum of pressure.

Dr. Mercola explains that for the most part, high blood pressure is related to your body producing too much insulin. When your insulin levels rise, your blood pressure increases. A study published in the journal Diabetes reported that nearly two-thirds of test subjects who were insulin resistant also had high blood pressure. However, this also leaves the patient in the dark as this statement doesn’t have much meaning, either, unless you know that insulin will only flood the system if a person is unable to wholly extract the “sweetness” from their life. Misery produces armoring and perpetual contraction.

I will attempt to break the process down into the simplest of terms as I learned back in the tree fort. All life begins with swelling. Inflammation is the body’s way of “breaking free” of a process of disease. My breast tumor swelled 2.5 sizes greater before it blew up and dissolved, dumping the toxicity into my liver and kidneys for processing out of my body. A fever will swell tissues as it cooks the microbial arch nemesis out of existence. The broccoli in your fridge will expand with green fuzz and increase in size before it contracts into a shriveled mass of goop en route to it’s earthly destination. If you’ve ever tried to make love without swelling, the mission is botched before full engagement and both parties can feel frustrated and resigned. The disease of resignation is Cancer.

All those drugs that may be used to save a patients life like Anticoagulants, blood thinners, and vassal dilators will actually diminish the patient’s quality of life with unwanted side-effects, causing harm and eventually lead to their early demise. Aspirin might help us thin our blood and reduce inflammation, but as time goes on, your chances of having a hemorrhagic stroke increase (not to mention all the other detrimental side effects of aspirin). Should you need surgery and are told to go off the aspirin prior to surgery, your chances of a heart attack skyrocket. Continued Aspirin therapy also raises your blood pressure. Dr. Mercola also cites, “The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs otherwise known as Aspirin or Aleve) may block the production of prostaglandins, which are known to dilate blood vessels. When fewer prostaglandins are present, blood vessels may narrow, which could lead to hypertension.”

If you are a patient of ours at Arcanum, we go after the root cause, to annhilate the symptoms of hypertension. The first aspect to address is Regimen as it is important to reduce a diet that is high in grains and sugars as well as increasing Slow Burn style of exercise. We will often suggest increased intake of vit. D and the oils resonant for your blood type. Animal protein and oils are the vehicle for the sense of self or blood consciousness as I will illustrate in a moment, and most medical allopaths will eliminate these foods first and, in essence, hasten the demise of the patient.

The other area that we focus on, without causing harm, is the realm of bio-energetic medicine. The cause of Hypertension also lies generally in the predisposition for heart disease. Medhorrinum, or the more glamorous Sycosis or Gonnorrhea, is a genetic miasm that has been identified as a virtually universal pattern of disease inheritance. This disease has never been cured outright until now. The symptoms can include feelings of high blood pressure, hypertension, heart palpitations, cataracts, ear infections, eczema, asthma, and arthritis, especially worse in the spring. The state of mind is one of feeling sped up, frantic, hurried, dangerous, and gravitating excessively to extremes. Replay the “Under Pressure” video if you want a good understanding of how the post-industrial age has perpetuated this state of mind and it’s incumbent symptoms of hypertension. I know, because I carried my father’s disease at my core and I was radiating the state of mind daily. I was being set up by my disease for a very unwanted outcome.

As promised above, here is an illustration of how the emotional sense of self is connected to the physiology of the physical hematic blood system by Rudolf Steiner, in his lecture on THE BLOOD AS MANIFESTATION AND INSTRUMENT OF THE HUMAN EGO given on 26th March, 1911:

“I shall here point only to the fact that in a phenomenon such as blushing, where a shifting of the blood takes place, we have the very simplest form of the influencing of the hematic system by way of the ego-experiences; likewise, in blanching from anxiety and fear, we have transitory expressions of ego-experiences clearly manifested in the instrument of the ego. The way the ego feels in fear or shame is expressed through its instrument, the blood. You can understand, therefore, if such expressions occur even in the merely transitory processes, that the more lasting, habitual experiences of the ego must certainly manifest themselves in the easily excitable element of the blood.

There is no passion, no instinct, no emotion, whether we experience these habitually or whether they come to expression in an explosive way, which does not pass over, as inner experience, into the blood as the instrument of the ego, which does not there express itself externally. All the unwholesome elements of the inner life of the ego express themselves primarily in the hematic system. And so, wherever we wish to understand anything that goes on in the hematic system, it is important not merely to inquire as to the nutritive process but even more to look into the soul-processes in so far as they are inner ego-experiences, such as moods, habitual passions, emotions and the like. Only the materialist will direct his attention chiefly to the nutrition in connection with disturbances in the hematic system. For the nourishment of the blood is dependent upon that of the physical system, the glandular system, the nervous system, and the rest; and, as a matter of fact, the nutritive matter is already thoroughly filtered when it comes into the blood. If therefore the blood is to be adversely affected from without, the organism must already be in a seriously diseased state. On the other hand all soul-processes, all processes of the ego, react directly upon what is occurring in the circulation of the blood.”

I have committed to living my life out of the “tree fort” state of mind. I hike in the forest with my dog almost every day of the week. I ride my bike, accelerating down the hills to feel the wind in my face, just as I did when I was eight. I invite my beloved husband into my “treefort” every night for the same reasons I did in my teens. Although, he usually brings the bottle for spinning! My Heilkunst practice is the most pleasureable way, I can imagine, to gain knowledge, mirroring all of what I’ve been learning through my indepth studies of Rudolf Steiner, Willhelm Reich and Samuel Hahnemann. Whether I’m feeding the ducks, mucking out the barn or researching and writing another blog article or book, I am enraptured with what comes through me from these Romantic period thinkers in the most profound way. If I commit to having the capacity for new ideas now and address each of my challenges as they are raised for my “viewing pleasure” in the present with innocence and the lens of the observational scientist, I can know the truth behind the Kaos, I can know freedom for my self and my patients. Thankfully, there isn’t an ounce of hyper-tension in my loins!

“The physician who can cure one disease by a
knowledge of its principles may by the same means
cure all the diseases of the human body; for their
causes are the same. ” Dr. Tilden

At Arcanum Wholistic Clinic, we are asked this question all the time, “Can Heilkunst medicine cure Arthritis, Allergies, Autism, A.D.D., (fill in the blank)?” The answer is simply, “yes,” and those are only the conditions starting with “A.” The truth is, that once you understand the cause of disease and apply the medical principles on the basis of natural law, any disease qualifies for nothing less than a cure.

At the Hahnemann College for Heilkunst, where we were trained, we spent almost 2 years solid (out of our 4 year medical program) studying nothing but the fundamental principles behind health and disease. Once you have these firmly secured in your tool belt, there isn’t any allopathic label that can’t be turned upside down on its head. True causation diagnosed and resolved. So whether someone is suffering 3rd stage cancer, or something as simple as chronic tonsillitis, we will take that individual like an onion and strip the layers while at the same time dynamically helping to address their regimen, applying the appropriate homeopathic medicine and addressing the soul-spiritual schism that caused them to manifest the pattern of disease in the first place.

Actually, it is all quite simple when you have the map for solving chronic disease, the appropriate jurisdictions for treatment, and the knowledge of why the poor soul is suffering. When I hear other individuals from the alternative or allopathic medical models, I can actually feel my jaw drop as they chase after pathological symptoms like running after rabbits without the ability to catch any. For example, the HPV vaccine has no capacity to prevent cervical cancer in young girls, and already has a horrendous history of side effects. This is the realm of trial and error and will leave the patient with the feeling that they are a human guinea pig. An unfortunate state of affairs to witness once you can grasp the underlying principles.

So, for example, if you suffer allergies and you come to see us at Arcanum, we’ll very quickly discern if the cause of your particular symptoms comes simply from a dissonant diet, a wayward pneumonia bacteria, a genetic miasm such as Sycosis (Medorrhinum), or even undischarged rage! We host a great storehouse of homeopathic remedies to calm down the noise of the symptoms en route to the cause. In the case of allergy symptoms, we will use a gaggle of remedies including allium cepa, which is medically potentized onion, so that your exasperating itchy, watery eyes and messy, snotty nose can be addressed without your continued support of the Kleenex industry!

To be clear, we go about heart disease, eczema, and even the flu following the same principles. Our line of questioning at the initial consultation will always lead us down the accurate treatment path. In conjunction with CoRe diagnosis and live blood analysis, we will always get the arch nemesis that plagues you and then we work together with you to make sure you know why you’ve unknowingly chosen to engage with the morbific entity (a.k.a disease) in the first place. This is the realm of medical Orgonomy pioneered by Willhelm Reich. We are refining the capacity to release the psychic blocks from the somatic, physical layer without you even having to engage in the traditional “talk therapy” which just hooks you right back into the limitations of the intellect, as opposed to the abandoned realm of feeling. Coming face to face with your anger, fears, grief, and resentment is not the easiest part of the process. These Anthropological therapies (study of the various members constituting Man) are being developed under the Heilkunst framework as I write this and is the reason my life partner Jeff and I have furthered our post graduate studies at Novalis Organon.

We have been consistently seeing neurotic character types, frozen, armored sclerotics, schizophrenics and Autistic babes walk away entirely from their original diagnosis. I can not tell you what a mind-blowing experience it is to be able to tackle the paralysed intellectual or mystic and enable them to achieve full orgastic potency, lability, and freedom without an ounce of the residue they came in for treatment for. If you don’t want to take our word for it, browse our testimonials and hear what our clients are saying about their Heilkunst treatment. One woman said to me, “Ally, 18 months ago I came in for Heilkunst treatment to address a rash, and instead I bought consciousness!” Oh yeah, the rash is gone too.

Most of us have been raised through an education system that still perpetuates the false belief that the heart is a pump. In fact, if the heart were a pump, it would run out of steam well before our 20th birthday. Its longevity has to do with the fact that it is not a driving force at all, but the truth is it is answering to one.

Have you ever seen a tornado? Have you ever studied a snail’s shell? Have you ever watched a tumble weed in an old Western movie? It is clear that weather systems and nature have been answering to a force perpetuating vortexes ever since the earth was born . The thing is, so do we.

Willhelm Reich, a renegade Psychotherapist, who studied with Freud, and a Cancer-curing Bio-Physicist identified this universal force as orgone energy over 60 years ago. The thing is that chemical science doesn’t want to have to deal with issues of orgone energy, nature’s true source for her power grid, because in the next breath, they’d have to validate the Creationists’ theories and then God. If that were the case, then they’d also have to throw out the silly theories that we were derived from apes and that disease comes from germs. For the Ape one, check out the book Tornado in a Junk Yard: The Relentless Myth of Darwinism by James Perloff.

If you want to prove the truth that the heart is not a pump, shine a light through a fertilized chicken egg shortly after gestation and then let us know what you see. Yep, those fluids are pumping through that tiny organism and there ain’t a heart on board. Look Ma, no hands! So where does that force come from?
I was reading Dr. Husemann and Dr. Wolff’s, An Anthroposophical Approach to Medicine and I was studying their explanation of the heart by Dr. Harvy. Now, when I study, I also listen to music in an effort to help inspire my intellect to turn off and allow the concepts to permeate my deeper, more resonant, etheric organs. At this moment I was listening to Amadeus Mozart’s Lacrymosa, which I will include a link to below for you to listen too, if you like. I found the music was a intrinsic part to understanding the true ebb and flow of this energetic phenomenon:

“William Harvey is generally considered to be the discoverer
of the circulation of the blood and to be the one who established
the ideas considered valid today. Prior to him, however, Miguel
Servet, who was burned at the stake in 1553, described the
small circulation exactly in a criticism of the Bible. In a chap-
ter on the Holy Spirit, he describes an example of the working
of Christ in the blood of the human heart. The breath of the
creator working in the air of the earth, he says, penetrates by
way of the small circulation into the blood of man.
And how does Harvey himself speak of his discovery of the
function of the heart and the significance of the circulation?”

It is possible to call this movement a circulation in the same
sense that Aristotle compared the weather and rain with a cir-
cular movement in the upper regions. For the moist earth
warmed by the sun develops vapors; the rising vapors again
densify to rain and fall downward again, moistening the earth.

Here we have the circulation of the sun.
I feel that passage is one of the most beautiful things I have ever read. Did you enjoy it with the music? Did you love the feeling of the ebb and tide as the force pervaded the crevices of your being to gather the pooling blood, propelling it back to be imbued and renewed in the heart? Does it impress you to know that we never need a “blood change” like our cars need an oil change? Are you also amazed to realize our Physiology is so dynamic, and that true knowing comes from the heart of it all? Boy, oh boy, this excites me! I must be in love!
