The Anatomy of A Bully; And How To Treat Them On The Basis Of Law

“Nature Abhors a Vacuum”

~Aristotle, regarding the laws of thermodynamics~

Just as the spiral illustrated on a snail shell in nature is formed out of radial forces in conjunction with the counter-force or bearing down, spherical forces, it is clear that energy travels in wave-like spirals termed by Wilhelm Reich as spiralling orgone energy.  On this basis, tumble weeds will tumble, trees will be “capped off” from eternal growth by forces of containment as well as sound waves will radiate from the speakers on a stage until they arrive at “point zero” producing a vacuum (the centre of the spiral), a counter-force to the emission of spiralling energy.  In the principles of homeopathic medicine, we arrest and annihilate a spinning or oscillating disease in its tracks by harnessing a counter force energetically at a slightly stronger potency than the sufferers disease on the basis of the principle, Like Cures Like.

Every stimulus, situation, context or incidence of change has a pitch, a note, a tone, in other words, a specific energetic value as the net aggregate of its various variables. A sense of our relationship to pitch and tone is how we Heilkunst Physicians diagnose and subsequently prescribe through discernment.  When you’re talking, we’re listening very closely for that change in pitch or tone to the vibration of your disease.  We will also shift our tones, to varying degrees, in order to produce resonance defining our specific energetic value in order to produce a sense of place IN ORDER TO FEEL CONNECTED.

In other words, nature prefers assigned seating because feelings and thus actions can’t be synchronized when everyone ”vibrates” at the same frequency.”  Our human nature dictates that there must always be a polarity in our relationships with one another.  As we become healthier, burning off the false ego, we develop a greater capacity for when we want to press into a situation with our male will or surrender more through our feminine wisdom.  In health our discernment for choosing which polarity is preferable, or oscillate somewhere in the middle, in a given situation becomes more and more self-actualized.

As a child who oscillated with a strong sense of self, described as mostly willful, bossy and very competitive, I somehow chose energetically to be on the “winning team” just about every time.  My bedroom walls were proudly adorned red and blue ribbons and trophies.  I threw out all the green third place ribbons as a testament to a rare failure and the drive to “do better” next time.

While I was not a bully, (secretly just an avenging angel) I once pulled the bike-seat out from under a boy who had stolen my sister’s bike.  I didn’t even have to think about it.  I just grabbed the seat, looked the little thief-bastard in the eye and in no uncertain terms told him to get the F*&K out of my face before I called the cops.  I took great pleasure in watching him high-tail it and was asked to repeat the story over supper that night to my parents and sister after proudly bringing her slightly scraped up bike back home.  I had very little regard for weakness or those postured in the position of “victim” but I also naturally hated misguided bullies without a justifiable cause.

Fate took another slippery slide for me when I happened to give birth to a son who was continually picked on in grade one, due to his Autistic gestures, to the point where I would sit in the school yard, reduced to his protector, because he couldn’t find his God-given righteous mount due to his cognitive limitations; sadly neither could the school’s administration.  Just like the bike incident in the school yard less than a couple of decades before, I was ready to deliver a clear message to the bullying little bastards who dared to hurt my son.  I was a seasoned female warrior.

What can I say, I come from a long line of Scottish women derived from Nordic Vikings and as much as I try to soften, this part of me is so readily accessible, it is hard to deny.  I am very conscious that “letting go” to trust and faith is my greatest challenge and I know that I often resonate with folks who need to borrow my “warrior” state of mind.  Now, thankfully, my son mastered the art of Aikido using momentum to totally destabilize an aggressor with skill, prowess and acumen.  He’s become a self-governing intelligent and defensive warrior in his own right.

In order to fully understand my Son’s plight, and the plight of some of my patients, I’ve had to study some pretty rarefied gems like my friend Kevin Behan’s books on human and animal behaviour in order to understand more the root of our natural instincts.  Behan illustrates my point well by citing,

“What do I mean by “vibration?” Perhaps you remember sand lot baseball when after sides had been picked, the next step was to determine which team went to bat first. The two captains squared off and beginning at the base of a bat, in a sequence of grabs they worked their way to the top until they ran out of room. The last one able to wrap their hand around the bat won the face off. Both teams can’t be at the bat at the same time and so one kid “out-vibrated” the other. This is how nature and our nervous system works, always trying to “out-vibrate,” (i.e. increase the pitch) one another in order to avoid stasis and the dreaded lack of “momentum” which is anathema to the animal mind.”

We’ve been solving our problems this way for only about 6,000 years, trying to out vibrate each other with the drive to own and defend property.  This gesture formed the basis of patriarchy, however, we’re starting to naturally bottom out in this mechanistic, material divide, separated from our feminine, spiritual wisdom.  We’re starting to institute more empathy, compassion and righteous negotiation in our relationships with our children and others.  See the book, “Raising Our Children; Raising Ourselves.”

It is a known fact that if you listen to a musician’s ‘live album’, the tracts are slightly sped up in tempo in response to their audience’s enthusiasm.  If you happen to be one of the folks in the audience, you may notice that folks will start clapping first slowly in unison, with a constant beat until it gradually speeds up, working it’s way up into a frenzy until it terminates into an orgastic discharge.  I listen to a lot of “live albums” for this very reason.  The thrust of the essence of a piece is so much more delicious, while the studio version often lacks the same enthusiasm, lustre and drive.  Behan cites, “We are hardwired this way because nature abhors a vacuum and it abhors a vacuum because in a vacuum everything is the same, and in living systems energy can’t move if everything vibrates at the same intensity.”

This is why, on the basis of the laws of thermodynamics, there will always be prey and an aggressor found in a disease matrix.  In health, we have the whole capacity to choose in each instance which stance we intend to take consciously and we can teach these principles to our children.  Co-dependent relationships result in two people having split this unified principle in half.  One will naturally become the bully, while the other the aggressor.  The key lies in resolving the polarity between our etheric double for ourselves and that is a big part of what Heilkunst Medicine is all about.

When we date each other, it is important to bring along your etheric double for the “double date.”  Healthy sex and intimacy for orgastic potency is impossible to obtain without this dynamic on board in each individual. The male/female principle must be subsumed and oscillating without a blip on your inner landscape. If we remain hobbled in a tug of war, it messes with our capacity to let go and receive or activate our potency in order to toss the energetic ball back and forth out of trust and faith.  By activating the dynamic ‘pump’ that will pulsate the lemniscate energetically between each other, we can use the orgone spiral to balance the will/surrender dynamic within our own selves.  In health we don’t give a rat’s hiney about getting to the top of the bat, we oscillate in this never arriving paradise out of a desire to straddle the male-female divide physically and spiritually threaded through our heart, our sex and our minds.  What does sex have to do with bullying you may ask?  Well as it turns out, everything.

Last week, I was driving down the road to witness a small patchwork quilt of a beagle merge onto the country road just slightly in front of me to give chase to a doe about seven times it’s size.  I slowed the car so I didn’t interfere with nature as it was unfolding before my eyes.  The doe was running slowly, mysteriously allowing the dog to keep its same breadth in distance, maintaining the equilibrium at the same rate of tension.  I felt that the doe could have turned on “the gas” at any moment and outrun her yappy little aggressor if she tried.  It looked like she was actually precipitating the chase, really.  Also her nimble legs could have taken her to the stream beside us and his weak little dog paddle would have made her the natural victor.  She was definitely toying with him.  The little pup was running full out and barking as if its little life depended on it.

This phenomenon is interesting to me and I recall reading in Kevin’s first book, Natural Dog Training, that the animal in prey mode does not moralize that he is in the weaker, seeming lesser-than, position and that all successful willing is actually dependent on having an intimate knowledge on how to also completely let go.  Otherwise, we can never stalk, maim or even effectively love our polarity hidden just under our own manifold.

Further to this Behan writes, “I haven’t been able to find the study online, but I remember reading a fascinating study in the eighties of a biology project studying wolf howling. The team would drive out on logging roads into the Minnesota wilderness and record wolves howling. They then isolated each individual note and on a subsequent night, broadcast one of these notes back into the group howl. They were surprised when the next sounds they heard from the night were of the wolves fighting. In other words, two notes the same aren’t music but are friction and this triggers an alarm, like two planes at the same altitude. Thus whenever an organism with a nervous system is confronted with environmental stasis it will feel “accelerated,” like the intensity one feels when a conversation lags into an awkward moment of silence. In such conversational gaps we vibrate (small talk, personality displays) in order to maintain a sense of movement, and this external vibration gives others an opening wherein they can sync up with us.”

I recall an awesome book I used to read to my kids, called “Tyrone The Horrible” by Hans Wilhelm.  The little dinosaur, Boland (the name says it all) was constantly being bullied, and his food stolen, by the T-Rex of the jungle and after challenging him to a duel that went very badly.  Boland secretly douses his untouched sandwich with loads of hot-sauce and then goes to parade it through the forest right under Tyrone’s unsuspecting nose where he knows his arch-nemesis will be hanging out.  As poor Boland walks by, Tyrone snatches the seemingly un-proffered sandwich and, well, the rest is historical literature.  Boland proves that by exacting his little dinosaur will coupled with his innate feminine wisdom that he can be the ethical bully!

This is precisely the safe ammunition we use to educate our children and our patients with so that they can become whole.  In Waldorf Education, children are taught the difference between prey and aggressor behavior through story.  Grimms’ Fairy Tales were a favourite, and we’ve read every one of the gruesome tales.  Children will unfold their own discerning ethical centre, respecting their capacity for will and surrender provided that it is offered to them by ethical mentors.  The bullied child is often just seeking the weakest link on the food chain, only because he is the weakest link elsewhere, like at home.  He has just the prey state of mind out of an belief that his value is less then another’s.  This is the saddest and most difficult dynamic of all and often shows up in my office as neurosis or psychoses later in life.  We use an arsenal of principled regimen, medicine, and spiritual psychotherapeutics to wholly flip the dynamic ultimately rendering a balance.

Bullying can also show up at home.  I can think of a few cases I’ve read about in Reich’s work where the father who is unresolved with his past partying and intense pursuit of young lasses before committing to marriage and fatherhood.  As a result of this undischarged aggression he can wrongly project his fears onto his unsuspecting daughter.  This can have significant implications as the daughter will generally start to live out his biggest fears causing all kinds of untoward ramifications with regards to her sexual development just as it did his.

She will generally show up as prey and either have someone slip something into her drink, end up compromised sexually or sadly in a long term relationship with an aggressor like her father.  The etiology or cause lies in their own unresolved childhood insults and disease matrix which needs to be entirely exhumed.  You might feel the inclination to offer her father a hot Tabasco sandwich and stand back, but medical orgone therapy is much more effective and produces more conscious evolution on the part of both the aggressor and prey individuals.  I wrote about this dynamic in my book, “Sophie’s Truth; How a Young Girl Unfolded Her Essential Self Through Love.

It is important that each of knows when and how to surrender to the dominant nature in each other to the degree that we can wholly take pleasure in the receipt.  This is the most delicious aspect of generative sex between a healthy couple.  It is delicious to be able to wholly let go and let your “aggressor” take you out of complete trust and faith that he is holding you out of a deep abiding love.  This is the whole basis for resonance and the natural after effect from curing the extremes.

I recall writing about this phenomenon in Unfolding The Essential Self when we girls in the school yard would taunt with words like, “Fight, fight, fight!” as we wrapped our arms around each other, mostly to keep the teachers at bay who seemingly understood nothing about the conversion of raw energy into a bloody nose as opposed to having to succumb to false authority.  The thrill for us all was to watch the as the energy of aggressor versus prey was tossed back and forth between the boys in their raw, angry state.  I’m not condoning violence, just observing what seems to bubble up when we’re young and more uncivilized.

Sadly,  more and more boys and men seem unsure of their instincts (and women too) and when they go to “love” their women we see a lot more dysfunction in the boudoir with regards to unrealized potency issues due to frustration or rage that has never been properly discharged from their organism.  It feels like the societal matrix has suppressed our brawny boys creating men who feel mostly demoralized and emasculated.

I treat a lot of impotence and fertility issues in both men and women. I hear so many complaints from women citing that their husbands just don’t know how to “be men” and harness their instincts in order to make decisions, exercise their will let alone even “get it up”, or “get it in” or be able to “get it off” as my mentor Steven Decker would say.  We’ve become orgastic cripples and this is showing up liberally in our sheeple culture where we are so compliant by state based schools, the faulty vaccine paradigm and even the nebulous tax system.

In some cases a victimized individual will eventually flip the polarity of the aggressor/prey dynamic on their own. In other cases, it takes character analysis and a principled process of birthing the negative programming before things will shift.  Realizing that both the victim and aggressor are just the polarity of one another’s rage/shame response, the key is to cure the underlying dynamics with remediation and knowledge and then prevent re-infection by allowing the scared perpetrator or weaker individual to exhume the content below the level of their armored beliefs in order to free the inspired male leader or wise woman within each individual.
