How Mineral Deficiency Causes Infertility

If you’re deficient in minerals, your body will start to turn off its fertility functions. Why would it do this? It’s because your body operates more like a kingdom than a democracy. I know this idea feels offensive to our modern ears. We don’t condone political systems which play “favorites.” We wish our body would treat each organ as an equal.

Our physiology is quite primitive, in this sense. It plays favorites when in “survival” mode. You will sacrifice one organ or function to save a more noble one. The “king” and “queen” (brain and heart) are the most important players. Their protection comes at the expense of the “lesser” organs. When there isn’t enough nutrition to go around, the peasants go hungry long before the king or queen have to. There’s no “one person, one vote” philosophy here.

Let’s take a practical example of this concept. Calcium is an essential mineral for fertility. A systemic calcium deficiency will plague some organs and cells more than others. Your body will “sacrifice” its calcium levels in one place to pump them up elsewhere. Calcium fuels the sperm’s whip-cracking snap of its tail to thrust it towards the egg. Calcium in your reproductive tract is one of the first sources that gets raided. The meeting of the sperm and egg is thus postponed.

Here’s nature’s bottom line : it’s not prudent to give a baby to a couple with nutritional deficiencies. If it’s already a stretch to feed two mouths, then don’t add a third. Your body treats such deficiencies as a temporary “state of emergency”. Reproduction gets put on hold for the time being. Pure survival overtakes the “luxury” of reproduction. The body must choose between the lesser of two evils. When it comes to survival, “fear” wins out over “love”. It tries to conserve what it has instead over creating something new. Fertility is one of the first things to go, in such a state. With the deficiencies in our modern food chain, can you see why fertility is becoming epidemic?

You want to keep your fertility physiology focused on the love/expansion side. This is the opposite of survival. Love and expansion begin with proper nutrition. It activates your entire reproductive system. In this sense, you can think of your pH strips as “love meters”. Self-love and self-care are the foundation of proper fertility nutrition.

In the grand scheme of healthcare, fertility issues represent a minor challenge. They’re an early warning sign to what could become more serious health challenges down the road. Consider fertility difficulties as a ‘blessing’ in this sense. It’s actually alerting you to an early stage of nutritional deficiency. The good news, is that it’s still easy to correct at this point. You correct your fertility state WHILE prevent long-term health issues. It’s a true win-win for you and the baby you’re seeking to conceive.

Daily pH readings of your urine or saliva are perfect for managing this. They’re a window into your current nutritional state. You can expect to create improvements over days or weeks. Mineral nutrition is the primary tool here. Keep nursing your pH levels back into a healthy range. Consistent daily alkaline readings is what you’re aiming for. It tells you when your mineral intake is fully aligned with your fertility goals. Your body will switch its expansive “love” functions back on at the cellular level. Fertility will follow… naturally.
