Well, we’re certainly lovin’ on you this month!  We’ve got some delicious keto recipes to share with all of you, as well as options for staying fit over this holiday season so that you don’t have a list of New Year’s resolutions a mile long. We’re also living this lifestyle right beside you!

So how do keto blueberry muffins made with almond flour sound, sitting by the fire with a steaming mug of Kyoto Cherry Rose Green Tea (my favorite)? What about coming in after an afternoon of tobogganing, or snowshoeing,  and enjoying a chocolate almond butter fat bomb? Pecan shortbread cookies are awesome if you double the recipe and only take half of the yield to your in-laws.  No one will know.
